Lovely hand enamelled blue irises, some open and some as buds on each panel, together with dainty sprays in orange and yellow, the rim lined with blue enamel. Marked with the green Shelley England factory stamp to base. Pattern # 11561. This incredibly rare small sized platter was made circa 1930, is a good weight and measures 29 cm x 24 cm. It is in lovely condition, the white glaze and enamel paints are bright, and there is no crazing.
