RARE ‘Countryside’ Jug and Bowl

An extremely rare Tea Set from the Shelley China Company. Made in the Henley shape during the 1930s, this art deco set has been hand decorated in the Countryside pattern with green linings and green trim. Factory marks on the base of each item, pattern number 13690, Countryside. 1 Milk Jug – 9 cms high x 14 cms lip to handle 1 Sugar Bowl – 6.5 cm high x 11.5 cm diameter Excellent condition, little if any sign of use.
